Habitat is a new collection for 2020 by Sally Payne for Dashwood Studio. Sally is a freelance illustrator specialising in designs for the nursery in fresh and cheerful palettes. Under Sally’s hand, Habitat’s hand drawn designs include a myriad of your favourite animals in their arctic, jungle, savanna and underwater homes. The collection is rounded out with a gorgeous hand drawn stripe featuring the colours of the collection.
NB: We have replicated the colours on our website as closely as possible to the true colours of the actual fabric, however, please be aware that colours represented can vary slightly due to screen resolution, lighting and other factors which are beyond our control.
Good to know: a "fat quarter" (FQ) is cut crosswise from 1/2mtr of fabric (ie a 50cm x 110cm rectangle which is then cut in half to yield 2 rectangles, each measuring 50cm x 55cm). It is equal to 1/4 mtr of fabric.
